Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the overall L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted L&D solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize L&D initiatives and secure necessary resources.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and business leaders.
  • Proactively identify client needs and develop customized L&D solutions.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.

Solution Design and Delivery:

  • Design, develop deliver innovative L&D solutions, including training programs, e-learning courses, and coaching initiatives.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality training materials and ensure consistency in delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and recommend improvements.

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage the L&D budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of L&D initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest L&D trends and technologies.


Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of learning programs.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform future learning initiatives.
  • Use LMS data to track learner progress and engagement.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all learning activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and ROI.
  • Comply with relevant regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in L&D, with a proven track record of delivering successful L&D initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Experience in managing large-scale L&D projects.
  • Strong understanding of learning technologies and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous improvement.


Salary: 12-15 LPA based on last drawn salary

Location: Sikandrabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
