Whether it's for a relaxed brunch or an evening out, the brew house delivers a spirited and memorable experience.Together, we aim to create more than just places to eat and drink—we curate destinations that spark conversation, creativity, and connection.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Restaurant Manager at Tim Tim Restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service. Key responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, addressing customer feedback, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training employees, as well as collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to maintain excellent dining experiences.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsEffective Hiring and Communication skillsExperience in Food & Beverage managementStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in restaurant management is preferredBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
