  • We are hiring a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of a branded hotel chain restaurant offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus.
  • The role involves managing daily restaurant activities, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.
  • The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, vendor coordination, and cost management to maximize profitability.
  • Duties also include planning menus in coordination with chefs, implementing marketing and promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • The Restaurant Manager must have strong leadership skills, the ability to handle guest concerns professionally, and a track record of delivering high operational standards.
  • Prior experience in a branded hotel chain with both veg and non-veg offerings in India is mandatory

Work Experience Required

7-10 Years of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Supervisor with a branded hotel chain with veg & non-veg food menu in India.
