Engineering / Machine Learning and AI space. Over the years, our journey has evolved from doing
deep technical problem-solving work for large corporations from Asia’s largest Oil & Gas company to Defense. In the last couple of years nature of business has shifted to deliver end-to- end projects/products to be built for the client which includes AI/ML capabilities
Our team consists of bright young and passionate engineers. We are now looking for a delivery
leader who can work with our engineers to not only do deep technical work but also help them
learn a set of client-centric skills such as commitment management, effective communication,
collaborative culture, and many others. A person should be a dynamic leader who can fit in a
vibrant young company with the aspiration to rapidly grow and inspire others to grow too.
What should be your profile?
Experience:
• 8-13 years in delivery role for both Domestic and international customers Primary Aspects
• Expertise in custom project/product delivery, from conception to deployment.
• Adept at assuming extreme ownership with a keen focus on customer empathy.
• Proficient in data-driven engagements and exceptional client relationship management
skills, capable of cultivating and expanding partnerships.
• Should have delivered end-to-end projects/products and understand the nuances from
requirements to go-live.
• Strong people development and people management skills
• Understand the technology advancements and align the applications in the context of the
client line of business.
• Proven track record in growing (recruitment), grooming (internal talent), and deploying
engineering teams effectively.
• Bonus: Proficiency in AI and ML domains.
