3. CDC and Data warehousing concepts
4. AWS/GCP/AZURE familiarity
5. Unix/Linux experience
- Monitor and respond to SQL-related incidents and alerts in the production environment.
- Investigate and troubleshoot SQL queries, performance issues, and database errors.
- Collaborate with L1 support teams to escalate and resolve complex SQL issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze SQL scripts and stored procedures for optimization and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain SQL best practices to ensure system stability and performance.
- Document solutions, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in SQL query writing, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or other relational database management systems.
- Solid understanding of database concepts, such as indexing, normalization, and transaction management.

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure SQL Database Administrator Associate) a plus.
