Position to be hired for: Executive Assistant (Immediate joiners only) Location: BKC, MumbaiRole Overview: We’re hiring an Executive Associate to the Founders at Treelife — a smart, driven individual with a background in finance, law, or engineering and a passion for startups. You'll work directly with our founders on strategic projects that drive growth for Treelife and our clients.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination:Plan timelines, manage deadlines, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain project documentation. Communication:Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all communication is professional, well-documented, and aligned with the Director’s expectations. Relationship Management:Build strong client relationships with stakeholders. Understand needs, offer tailored solutions, and handle concerns professionally on behalf of the Founders. Reporting:Maintain detailed records of meetings, discussions, project trackers, and documents. Generate regular MIS reports, performance summaries, and forecasts Director’s Desk Support Manage the Director’s calendar, schedules, and appointment priorities. Coordinate meetings, ensure briefing materials are prepared, and manage follow-ups. Handle travel planning, logistics, event coordination, and communication on behalf of the Director. Support with ad-hoc strategic and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the Director’s office.Key Skills and Competencies: 4-6 yrs of experience in EA Role Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.
