Our operations are rooted in efficient and responsible agriculture practices.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Baran. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient office operations. Additional tasks include assisting with travel arrangements, managing communication, and supporting executive team members with various administrative duties.QualificationsStrong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate and manage meetings and travel arrangements Experience in preparing reports and handling correspondence High level of discretion and trustworthiness Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus Qualifications Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills Experience in handling Expense Reports Executive Support skills Strong Communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
