Performance Marketing Specialist – Bangalore (Full-Time, In-Office)Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore Experience: 1–3 YearsWe’re Faihai, a growing marketing agency built by brand-side folks who’ve scaled some of the biggest D2C businesses. We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join us and take charge of scaling campaigns across Meta and Google.What You’ll Do:● Own and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns end-to-end, from setup to scaling.● Track, analyze, and optimize for real results (ROAS, CAC, the works).● Build and manage performance reports in Excel/Sheets.● Work closely with the content, design, and brand teams to align messaging and creative strategy.You’re Right for This Role If:● You’ve spent 1–3 years running Meta + Google Ads with strong results to show.● You're comfortable working with data and building clear performance dashboards.● You know your way around ad structures, targeting logic, pixel setup, and attribution.● Bonus: Experience in fashion/apparel D2C brands.● You're based in Bangalore and ready to work from our Indiranagar office (this is not a remote role).Why Join Faihai?● Get the chance to work directly with growing and legacy brands.● Real ownership, real responsibility, you won't be stuck optimizing budgets blindly.● Small team, big impact.
