Note : This job is on site in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh The Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project budgets for marble and stone works. In addition to estimation, the role includes project supervision, site-coordination, and ensuring alignment between client requirements, design, production, and installation teams. Responsibilities - Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and BOQs for marble and stone projects. - Conduct site visits to verify measurements, technical requirements, and project scope. - Supervise project execution stages (drafting, fabrication, installation) to ensure compliance with design and budget. - Review architectural drawings and prepare cut lists, shop drawings, and material take-offs in coordination with drafting and CNC teams. - Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain updated pricing for materials, accessories, and subcontracted works. - Ensure project progress is monitored, cost variances are reported, and corrective actions are recommended. - Support sales and project management teams in providing technical clarifications to clients. - Prepare periodic project status reports for management. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. - Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in estimation and project supervision (preferably in marble/stone or construction sector). - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. - Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. - Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. KPIs - Accuracy of estimates vs. actual project costs. - Percentage of projects delivered within budget and timeline. - Number of estimation errors or revisions required. - Client satisfaction on technical clarifications and cost transparency. - Timeliness of submitted BOQs and reports.
