Role:Quantity Surveyor (QS) - High Rise Projects Location:Cyprus, Limassol (Relocation from India) Company:Leading Real Estate Developer & Construction Firm Employment Type:Full-time / PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking aqualified Quantity Surveyorwith a strong background inhigh-rise residential or commercial projectsto join our expanding team inCyprus . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project cost control, from estimation and tendering through to final accounts,ensuring value, quality, and cost efficiency throughout each stage of development.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional fromIndialooking to advance their international career in a dynamic and rapidly growing European construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailedcost estimates ,BOQs , andtender documentationfor high-rise and mixed-use projects. Conductcost planning ,budgeting , andvalue engineeringthroughout design and construction stages. Manageprocurement processes , including subcontractor evaluation and negotiation. Assess and certifyprogress payments ,variations , andclaims . Maintain and updatecost reports ,cash flow forecasts , andfinancial projections . Coordinate withproject managers, engineers, and architectsto ensure accurate cost control and reporting. Assist withcontract administrationandfinal account settlement . Provide commercial insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree inQuantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management . Minimum5–10 yearsof experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with at least3+ years on high-rise or large-scale projects . Strong knowledge ofFIDICor similar contract forms. Proficiency inExcel ,AutoCAD , andcost management software(e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar). Excellent command ofEnglish(written and spoken). Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
