SharePoint/OneDrive administrating and operating.-

Microsoft Power BI reports creating and managing-

Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required-

Assisting with systems integrations-

Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date-

Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures-

Identifying and resolving technical issues-

Managing coordination at a local and international level where required-

Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business-

Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems-

Developing reports for teams across the business-

Database administrating.-

Server Patching on Monthly basis.-

Perform systems operations, monitor systems activities and ensure smooth daily operation of systems facilitiesRequirements:-

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical degree-

Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Application Support in a related field.-

Basic knowledge of front end and back-end programming languages, such as C#.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript, experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.-

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming-

Strong understanding in SharePoint online and in-prim/OneDrive-

Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server-

Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application-

Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes and strong familiarity with using SQL commands.-

Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.-

Ability to keep up with innovation in application design.-
