We are seeking an experienced FileNet Administrator with WebSphere Application Server (WAS) hands-on skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of FileNet and WebSphere systems. The role will involve working with a range of related technologies, ensuring smooth system operations and the application of patches, updates, and performance tuning.


Key Responsibilities :
  • Administer, configure, and troubleshoot IBM FileNet systems.
  • Install, configure, and administer IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) , ensuring its seamless operation, including SSL communication between the WebServer Plug-in and WAS .
  • Manage IBM HTTP Server , DB2 , and WebSphere MQ systems as part of the infrastructure.
  • Perform back-up, restoration, performance tuning, and apply necessary updates and patches to ensure system stability and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BPMS systems and their underlying technologies, including IBM WebSphere Application Server and Apache Tomcat .
  • Support and maintain Linux systems , with experience in public cloud environments such as Azure , Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , or AWS being a plus.
  • Install, configure, and administer IBM Business Monitor v8.x , including Process Center , Process Server , and Deployment Manager .
  • Handle installation, configuration, and code deployment across IBM BPM/BAW v8.x, 18.x, and 19.x environments.


Required Skills & Experience :
  • Total Years of Experience : 7 years
  • Relevant Years of Experience : 5 years in FileNet Administration and WebSphere Application Server .
  • Mandatory Skills :
  • Strong expertise in FileNet Administration , configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) administration.
  • Experience with SSL communication configuration between WebServer Plug-in and WAS.
  • Familiarity with related technologies like IBM HTTP Server , DB2 , and WebSphere MQ .
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for BPMS systems and underlying technologies (WAS & Apache Tomcat).
  • Proficiency in Linux and public cloud experience (Azure, GCP, AWS) is an advantage.
  • Experience with IBM Business Monitor v8.x , Process Centre , Process Server , and Deployment Manager .
