Exp: =2+ years of experience as full desk (BDE)
Education: Any Graduate.
Salary Range: Commission Based (Profit sharing)
Job Type: Full-Time (100% Remote) As of now
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base in the IT/ non-IT recruiting and staffing industry. We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the US staffing industry, specifically working with full-time direct hire clients and W2 roles (but not limited to this).
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Identifying and prospecting potential clients in the non-IT sector.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
3. Understanding client requirements and providing tailored staffing solutions.
4. Collaborating with the recruitment team to match qualified candidates with client needs.
5. Negotiating contracts, rates, and terms with clients.
6. Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market demands.
Your expertise in the US staffing industry, particularly in full-time direct hire and W2 roles, will be essential in successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Post Graduate degree in Human resource management and related field Minimum 3-5 years of relevant and proven experience as Business development executive
- Strong leadership abilities and comfort with public speaking
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English Language
- Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues
- Conflict resolution skills - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, critical
-thinking and problem-solving skills
Note: you will be on probation period of 3 months
Candidate must have a laptop + Good Wi-Fi connection.
