ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategiesLead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targetsEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsNegotiate and close agreements with large customersMonitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvementsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecastsPerform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunitiesProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needsLiaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistencyStay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
