You will be working directly for our client but will also join a rapidly growing community of more than 100 professionals across SE Asia with Flexremote. About our client: Our client is based in Australia. They are a leading provider of heavy earthmoving equipment solutions for the mining industry. With a rental fleet of around 1,000 machines, advanced asset management technology, and nationwide maintenance support, we help miners and contractors maximize mine performance. Our expertise ensures the right fleet solution, delivering efficiency, reliability, and optimal productivity for every operation. About the role: The Distribution Centre Admin supports logistics operations by managing invoices, purchase orders, freight costs, and data entry in ERP systems. The role ensures accurate financial and logistical reporting, provides administrative support to warehouse teams, maintains organized records, and contributes to smooth daily distribution processes across offshore operations. This is a 6 months (probation), full-time, Australian Time Zone. Roles and Responsibilities: Monitor and action Invoices across both DC administrative mailboxes. Put together various ad hoc and planned finance reports relating to Logistics spend. Raising and receipting requisitions related to logistics movements. Monitor freight costs and raise discrepancies for investigation. Accurate data entry including purchase orders, delivery dockets, and consignment details into logistics tracker. Provide administrative support to warehouse supervisors and team leaders. Prepare and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for distribution and transport records. About you: The ideal Distribution Centre Admin candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with strong Excel and ERP (preferably Dynamics 365) skills. They possess excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities, thriving in remote, fast-paced logistics environments while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks. Requirements: Proven experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation, filtering, lookups). Previous experience in a similar role in Mining or Logistics Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Availability to work within Australian business hours is essential.
