Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Drive hardcore sales efforts in the financial markets sector.
  • Achieve assigned targets from the first month onwards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA in Finance, CA, ICWA, or CS candidates preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Compensation: Flexible (no bar for the right candidate) .
  • Incentives: Salary + ₹5,000 incentive on meeting monthly targets.
  • Remote work flexibility; office presence not mandatory if targets are achieved.
