What You'll Do
Build strong, long-term relationships with higher education leaders (Directors, TPOs, Principals, etc.) across India.
Drive end-to-end B2B sales of UptoSkills SaaS products & services.
Run outbound (100) telecalling campaigns to generate leads, schedule demos, and close deals.
Present solutions that matter – show how UptoSkills helps colleges transform student outcomes.
Grow and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
Represent UptoSkills at events, webinars, and conferences to expand your network.
What We're Looking For
Excellent English Communication skills
Strong network of colleges and universities in India.
Proven telecalling experience and the ability to engage key decision-makers.
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills – you know how to turn "maybe" into "yes."
Confident in giving presentations and demos both virtually and in person.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms.
A self-starter who loves hitting targets and growing revenue.
