The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to implement them effectively to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive
conversions. This role requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly integrate various marketing functions, analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will play a crucial role in shaping our digital footprint, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, and collaborating with
cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives. Additionally, your expertise will help us stay ahead of industry trends, optimize our marketing efforts for maximum impact, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our brands—Hard Assets Alliance,
Wealthion, and GoldSilver. You will work to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion using our audience of 1.5+ million social followers (including 100M+ YouTube views), email lists, and both new and regularly returning web traffic.
What You’ll Do:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings.
Ad Management:
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks.
Optimize ad spend and performance through continuous testing and analysis.
Monitor and report on ad performance metrics to ensure ROI targets are met.
Reporting s Analytics:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels.
Use data-driven insights to adjust marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Email Marketing s HubSpot Management:
Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated workflows.
Segment audiences and personalize content to improve open and click- through rates.
Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for marketing automation, lead generation, and customer segmentation.
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations.
Blog Management:
Publish blog posts that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce insightful and valuable content.
Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
Project Management:
Coordinate marketing projects from conception to completion.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial services or investment industry.
Proficiency in SEO and Analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics Certification Required, Power BI, SEMrush, Moz).
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot Certification Required).
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the precious metals market is a plus.
