We are hiring Inside Sales Executive (Transactional Sales Executive)/ for our company.Location - BangaloreExperience: 0 to 5 YearsEducation: B. Sc / M. Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related Life Sciences; B. Tech/B. E in Biotechnology or related fieldEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:Engage with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote and sell Life Science instruments such as PCR/q PCR/RT-PCR systems, NGS platforms, gel documentation systems, and other related lab equipment.Understand customer requirements, research appropriate products/solutions, and provide technical information in collaboration with the product or application team.Generate leads through follow-ups, campaigns, and inbound queries.Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales ordersMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in CRM.Meet assigned inside sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.Required Skills and Qualifications:0–5 years of experience in inside sales, technical sales, customer support, or pre-sales (preferably in life sciences domain).Good understanding of molecular biology techniques and instruments such as PCR/q PCR, RT-PCR, NGS, electrophoresis, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Please share your updated CV to //
