  • Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions Planning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery procedures (Applicable if the DR is in scope)
  • Preparing, maintaining and Update of SOP and KBaseMaintaining and Update of Infra AS IS Infra Documents Integrating Exchange Online with other Office 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Configuring mail flow connectors with external partners or third-party services.Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and servicesEmail Teams edsicovery and export data
