We are looking for a dynamic and creative LinkedIn & Social Media Influencer-Writer to craft compelling content, build online presence, and engage audiences across LinkedIn and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller, skilled at blending thought leadership, brand positioning, and influencer marketing to drive visibility and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and publish engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, and thought-leadership content to position the brand/individual as an authority in the industry.
  • Build and manage a personal/institutional brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to design content strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Identify and leverage trends, hashtags, and industry topics to boost reach and relevance.
  • Plan and execute influencer collaborations and partnerships to amplify brand awareness.
  • Analyze content performance using platform analytics; provide insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and storytelling style across all social channels.
  • Engage with followers and build a strong online community through conversations, comments, and networking.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a LinkedIn content creator, influencer, or social media writer.
  • Strong portfolio of social media posts, articles, or campaigns with measurable engagement results.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, creativity, and storytelling.
  • Ability to consistently produce high-quality content for their own personal LinkedIn profile, demonstrating thought leadership and authentic engagement.
  • In-depth understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, content trends, and digital marketing practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track performance.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style based on platform and audience.
  • Self-driven, creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects.
