Job description
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:
Generate inquiries for Hot/Cold Insulation and Refractories projects, including those in Refineries, Power Plants, Cement Plants, Steel Plants, Fertilizers, and Chemical Process Plants.
Promote and sell PUF/PIR/Rockwool Insulation Sandwich Panels, PUF Slabs, PUF/PIR/Rockwool Pipe Sections, and PUF/PIR Pipe Supports for thermal insulation in piping and equipment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful execution of insulation projects.
Provide technical expertise and solutions related to insulation materials and applications.
Prepare and submit sales forecast reports and market analysis.
Technical and soft skills:
Customer Service : Effective communication and support are essential. You will interact with store personnel, manage product availability, and ensure excellent service for both internal and external customers.
Product Knowledge : Understand and explain product features and benefits.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) : Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track leads, and enhance sales processes
Building Relationships : Foster strong connections with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
Territory Management : Efficiently manage sales territories, including planning, prospecting, and optimizing sales efforts
Contract Management : Understand contract terms, negotiate effectively, and ensure compliance with agreements
Soft Skills : These include Strategic Company Selection , Research and Decision-Making Skills , and Mentorship and Networking .
