About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our HR team in Singapore. You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various functions, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to
    understand business needs and define recruitment strategies
    .
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    from job posting, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong
    talent pipeline
    for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a
    positive candidate experience
    throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on employer branding and talent initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
    .
  • Proven track record of hiring across various roles (tech and/or non-tech).
  • Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
