About mPokket

mPokket is a rapidly growing and well-funded fintech startup in the lending domain. We offer small ticket loans, along with employability solutions, to the low income youth via our mobile app. Started in 2016, mPokket is today among the top 5 fintech lenders in India, having disbursed more than Rs.14,000 crore to 50 lakh borrowers across 19000+ pin codes in India. As we look to scale the business another 10x-20x over the next few years, we are looking for ambitious and talented individuals who will be part of this amazing journey.

Level^Up is an AI-first mobile platform, disrupting the EdTech space with personalized and interactive learning, skill development, employability and professional transformation of aspirational youth of India. Deploying the power of Digital networks and AI to empower the workforce of the future, Level^Up has a captive audience of over 30 million students and young professionals through its in-house collaboration with mPokket, one of India's largest digital lending platforms for youth. Funded by Maybright Ventures, the company was launched in FY 24 and is already profitable with an ARR of over $ 140 mn.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, Pilot, Build and Scale new businesses in collaboration with functional leaders within the organization
  • Lead one or more business verticals with moderate to high complexity
  • Work closely with a team of product managers, engineers and QA leads to execute project(s) from concept to production
  • Collaborate with multiple external parties including vendors and service providers to execute the projects successfully

Required Skills:

  • Post Graduate in Business Management from Tier I school or allied fields with 6+ years of experience in category management or marketing
  • Demonstrated excellence in building products for Digital first D2C industries
  • Participate in interviews and contribute to hiring
  • Ability to attract and retain top talent
  • Able to work cross functionally and remove team impediments
