- Preparing of Full & Final settlements for resigned employees.
- Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.E., Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns.
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration.
- Coordinate and prepare for the employee engagement activity as and when required.
- Perform any other HR work areas as and when assigned.Qualification And Experience:
- 8 years of experience in Payroll & HR compliances
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel functions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and Labour laws.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and should be a result-oriented person.
- Proficiency in making timely, effective, ethics-based decisions.
- Must be highly analytical, logical & have a number driven aptitude.
- Should be comfortable and confident to manage internal and external stakeholders.
