Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end India payroll processing for employees located in multiple states, including payout, accounting, and statutory compliance management.
  • Gather and collate payroll inputs from various departments in a timely manner, partnering with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with the payroll vendor to share inputs, draft output, and finalize payroll and FFS.
  • Prepare bank listings, obtain approval, and execute bank transfers for salary and FFS disbursement.
  • Process taxes and statutory remittances as per due dates, maintaining accurate records and statements.
  • Address payroll-related issues and questions from employees and superiors, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of PAN India payroll compliances.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-oriented environment, with a flexible and committed approach.
  • Good level of self-efficacy in problem-solving and client service delivery.
  • Ability to manage sensitive data with integrity.
