Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, developing and implementing CRM strategies, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. The role also involves overseeing market segmentation and project management activities to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and experience in customer data analysis Excellent Communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation Proficiency in Project Management Experience with CRM systems and related technologies Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the trading or financial services industry is a plus
