Role & responsibilities

  1. Empanelment and Onboarding process of New or Existing client

  2. BOD Activities Like exchange circular, new listing etc.

  3. Monitoring the Entire Institutional day to day Ops activities

  4. Institutional client trade process:

a. Trade Processing

b. EOD and Client Confirmation Processing, Sending Contract Note

c. STP processing with NSDL, 63 Moons or NSE IT

d. Trade reconciliation with deal confirmation

e. Trade reconciliation with STP & NCMS

f. OTR Reporting and Reconciliation

g. Monitoring Derivative Trade Give-Up

h. Monitoring Marginable trades and STP confirmation

i. Co-ordination with Client and Custodian, Clearing for trade confirmation etc.

j. Co-ordination with Exchange or other internal department for Institutional operations related work

k. Other Institutional Client related reporting like PTA, FPI Reporting, Block & Bulking trade reporting etc.

l. Preparing MIS report for Management as well as internal use

  1. Co-ordinate with Director, Promoter in Block transaction for account set-up or handling settlement & fund pay-out process

  2. QIP and IPO process for Institutional client

  3. Participating in Ops related queries like Inst. client audit queries or etc.

  4. Having Good knowledge about MS-Excel and MS -Word

  5. Having Verbal and written communication skills
