Job Purpos**

e:To lead, plan, and execute the development of new products from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals, customer requirements, and profitability objective

  3. s.Define product roadmaps, timelines, and development priorities aligned with business objective

  4. s.Prepare feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed product

  5. s.New Product Developmen

  6. t:Lead the design, prototyping, and testing phases of new products, ensuring adherence to quality and cost target

  7. s.Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, production, procurement, quality) to drive timely product developmen

  8. t.Prepare and monitor project budgets and timeline

  9. s.Market & Customer Analysi

  10. s:Gather and analyze customer needs, market gaps, and competitor products to define product specification

  11. s.Conduct customer trials and collect feedback for refining products before full-scale launc

  12. h.Supplier & Material Coordinatio

  13. n:Liaise with suppliers for new material/component identification, trials, and approval

  14. s.Collaborate with the purchase team for sourcing and cost negotiations of new material

  15. s.Quality & Complianc

  16. e:Ensure all new products comply with quality standards and regulatory requirement

  17. s.Document and maintain technical specifications, product BOMs, and work instruction

  18. s.Product Launc

  19. h:Plan and coordinate pilot production runs and commercial production ramp-u

  20. p.Support sales and marketing teams with product training and technical information for effective market launc

  21. h.Continuous Improvemen

  22. t:Analyze product performance post-launch for further improvement opportunitie
