Role Overview
Mothers Infra and Realty is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead growth initiatives across residential and commercial real estate segments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about market expansion, client engagement, and strategic sales in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups
- Drive sales strategies across online and offline channels
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings
