Job Title:
Senior Sales Manager | Offline Business Programs (MSME/SME)

Base: Delhi/NCR | Travel: Pan-India (60%)

Your Mission:
1. Strategize & Sell: Drive offline B2B sales of premium training programs (₹ 1Lakh+ tickets) to business owners/professionals.
2. Build Trust: Provide business consultation to MSME/SME clients, becoming their growth advisor.
3. Scale Impact: Lead field teams to expand Dr. Patni's programs nationally.

*We Need You If You Have:*

*NON-NEGOTIABLE EXPERIENCE*
  • 3+ years in *offline high-ticket sales* (training/consulting/EdTech)
  • Track record of selling *₹1Cr+ annually* (avg. deal size ₹1Lakh+)
  • Managed 15+ field sales teams across multiple cities
  • Deep exposure to *MSME/SME owners* (Delhi/NCR network preferred)

CORE SKILLS*
- Consultative selling to msme and sme entrepreneurs/ business owners
- Building long-term client relationships (not transactional sales)
- Designing territory-specific GTM strategies
- Training sales teams in premium solution-selling
