KeyResponsibilities:

  • Sourcescreen and qualify candidates for IT positions including softwaredevelopers systems analysts project managers and other technicalroles based on clientrequirements.
  • Utilizevarious sourcing methods including job boards social medianetworking and referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualifiedcandidates.
  • Conductinitial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates skillsexperience and cultural fit for clientpositions.
  • Coordinateand schedule interviews between candidates and clients providingguidance and support throughout the interviewprocess.
  • Maintainaccurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant trackingsystem (ATS) ensuring compliance with data privacyregulations.
  • Buildand maintain relationships with candidates providing regularupdates on job opportunities and guiding them through therecruitmentprocess.
  • Collaborateclosely with Account Managers and clients to understand theirstaffing needs priorities andpreferences.
  • Negotiatesalary offers benefits and other employment terms on behalf ofcandidates ensuring alignment with client requirements and industrystandards.
  • Stayinformed about market trends emerging technologies and industrydevelopments to better advise clients andcandidates.
  • Meetor exceed recruitment targets and KPIs demonstrating consistentperformance and contribution to the overall success of therecruitmentteam.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration Computer Scienceor a relatedfield.
  • Relevantyearsof experience in IT recruitment preferably in the BFSI sector or arelatedindustry.
