Job Description Define and lead the end-to-end business strategy for the SME/Retail segment focused on scalable and low-cost acquisition, engagement, and monetization. Build and manage strategic partnerships with platforms like Zoho, Wix, Big Commerce, Shopify, etc., as well as key players like Your Story, India MART, and relevant ERP and developer partners. Develop innovative GTM strategies to drive customer conversion, improve retention, and increase ARPU through value-added Saa S offerings. Drive sales on the leads and base provided by the marketing/sales team. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams to drive initiatives that improve the experience and performance of the SME customer segment. Drive product penetration in the existing customer base. Forge partnerships with other enterprises/banks wherever there is potential to offer our solutions to their user base. Maintain strong relationships in the ecosystem and act swiftly on emerging business opportunities. Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the product and other respective teams for product upgrades. What We Are Looking For Strive to deliver client satisfaction. Ensure that account plans align with client objectives and interests to exceed expectations. Achieve financial results by managing accounts to meet or exceed growth and profitability targets. Address client needs and build financial plans while striving to outperform and exceed prior profitability and revenue. Desired Profile 12+ years of experience, with a strong background in building or scaling SME-focused businesses. Prior roles in companies such as Shopify, Zoho, Wix, Big Commerce, Razorpay, or similar platforms are highly desirable. Strong sales experience coupled with a solution-oriented mindset. Prior experience in driving a business vertical will be a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
