[High Salary] Head of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies in alignment with the company’s overall goals.- Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.- Develop and communicate HR policies and programs that support the organization's values, culture and growth objectives.- Promote and drive organizational change, ensuring effective communication and implementation of changes.
2. Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.- Ensure the attraction and retention of top talent, while building a diverse and inclusive workforce.- Continuously assess and improve recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s evolving needs.
3. Employee Development & Performance Management
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.- Oversee the performance management system, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of feedback and recognition.- Develop succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity and employee growth.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and oversee competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain talent.- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations related to compensation and benefits.- Review and adjust compensation structures and benefits offerings based on market trends and organizational needs.
5. Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership on HR-related issues, conflict resolution and workplace concerns.- Foster a positive work environment, addressing employee grievances and ensuring fair treatment across all levels. Promote employee engagement initiatives and a culture of inclusivity, respect, and transparency.
6. HR Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with all relevant labor laws, health and safety regulations and ethical standards.- Monitor HR metrics and trends to identify potential risks and take appropriate actions.- Conduct audits and reviews of HR processes to ensure effectiveness and legal compliance.
7. HR Technology & Analytics
- Lead the selection and implementation of HR technologies (HRIS, payroll systems, performance tools, etc.).- Leverage data and analytics to drive HR decisions, improve processes and measure employee satisfaction and retention.- Stay up to date with HR technologies and tools that can enhance the employee experience and streamline operations.
8. Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement
- Champion company values and work culture initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and engagement.- Organize employee feedback surveys, town halls and other events to maintain open communication between leadership and employees.- Develop initiatives to foster diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role and worked in IT Domain.- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and regulatory requirements.- Proven experience in strategic planning, talent management and organizational development.- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.- Experience with HR technology and data analytics.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
Preferred
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD).- Experience in leading HR for a large or multinational organization.- Background in driving organizational change and innovation.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, standard working hours with flexibility as required.- May require occasional travel or work outside regular hours, especially for meetings and training events.
