About the Role

- The Cluster HR Head will oversee HR functions across multiple luxury restaurant locations, driving HR strategy aligned with the company's vision.

ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy and AlignmentDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives and luxury service standards.Partner with senior leadership to create workforce plans across all outlets.Build a culture reflecting company values and focusing on service excellence.Talent Acquisition & ManagementLead recruitment for high-caliber candidates in luxury hospitality.Oversee onboarding programs for new hires.Implement succession planning and career development initiatives.Performance ManagementDevelop and manage a performance management system.Drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement.Identify high-potential employees and create development paths.Employee Engagement & RetentionBuild programs to enhance employee satisfaction.Conduct employee engagement surveys and create action plans.Create employee recognition initiatives.Compensation & Benefits ManagementDesign competitive compensation structures.Ensure equity and consistency in pay and benefits.Manage incentive programs.Training & DevelopmentCollaborate to develop ongoing training programs.Facilitate skill enhancement and leadership training.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Compliance & Policy DevelopmentOversee HR policies and ensure compliance.Handle employee relations issues with confidentiality.Ensure consistent implementation of policies.Reporting & AnalyticsTrack HR metrics and provide insights.Prepare reports on recruitment, retention, and performance.Use data to drive HR efficiencies.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in hospitality.Demonstrated experience managing HR for multiple locations.Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and culture building.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Passion for luxury service and creating exceptional employee experiences.CompetenciesStrategic Vision: Ability to align HR practices with business objectives.Relationship Building: Skilled in building strong relationships across all levels.Leadership: Ability to inspire and develop an HR team.Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with integrity.
