Position: Workday Functional Consultant - Advance compensation and HCM
C lient: One of our Prestigious client.
Locations: Remote
Mode of hiring: Contract to hire
Experience: 10+ Years (Relevant Exp 6+Years in HCM, Advance compensation)
Budget: 28-32 LPA
Notice Period: 0-15 Days
Note: Hyderabad candidates should attend the face-to-face interview.

Share your CV :
Facilitate requirements gathering and client workshops; translate business needs into effective Workday configurations and maintain detailed functional documentation.
Configure core components of Advanced Compensation, including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock programs, and compensation review statements.
Set up and maintain Workday security roles, custom reports, and dashboards to support compensation processes.
Plan and execute system testing activities, including writing test cases, conducting tests, and managing defect resolution.
Deliver user training and create comprehensive end-user and process documentation.
Stay current with Workday feature releases and identify opportunities for process enhancements and increased efficiency.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working in Workday Advanced Compensation.
Hands on experience on handling Workday Core Compensation configurations, workflows.
Experience with Workday security, business processes, and integrations.
Excellent communication skills
Should have done stakeholder management and team leader role
Certification is a plus
