Experience: 4+ years Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) Shift: Full Night Shift (US Time Zone) Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HANA administration and system management. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end SAP BASIS operations, performance tuning, and system monitoring across distributed landscapes. Key Responsibilities Manage and support SAP BASIS operations across development, QA, and production environments. Perform SAP HANA database administration , backup/restore, and system refreshes. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues , kernel updates, and transport management. Handle client copies, user administration, and parameter tuning . Coordinate with SAP and infrastructure teams for patching, upgrades, and security compliance. Manage transport routes, system copies , and client strategy for S/4HANA systems. Provide 24x7 support coverage in night shifts aligned with US business hours. Required Skills 6–8 years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience with HANA DB administration . Strong knowledge of S/4HANA upgrades, migrations , and solution manager . Familiarity with Linux OS administration and cloud (AWS/Azure) deployment is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
