The ideal candidate is expected to

  • Understand business needs, end to end customer experiences when building payment solutions.

  • Good understanding of technology especially in fintech, wallets, payments, loans & SaaS will be a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recommend new processes, workarounds, and flow changes to ensure constant improvement and evolution of the Consumer experience.

  • Research and prioritize user requirements, strategic and business requirements, and functional requirements.

  • Engage closely with engineering and architecture teams in Agile methodology to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs.

  • Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure the products we deliver are within regulatory boundaries.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ Experience of driving a mobile app from scratch to launch with a Product Based company.

  • Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.

  • Strong depth and breadth knowledge in optimization, prototyping & Stellar design instincts.
