Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Founder & CTO, playing a key part in the development and enhancement of our platform. If you are passionate about frontend technologies and enjoy solving complex problems, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient frontend code using JavaScript, React, and Redux.

- Design and implement user interfaces and frontend architectures that enhance user experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues and bugs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive.

- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in frontend development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Redux.

- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns.

- Experience with design thinking and a keen eye for detail in UI/UX design.

- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus.

- Prior experience in startups is highly preferred.
