Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team at Intelliswift Software Pvt. Ltd. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing highly responsive and scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks like ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modular CSS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop highly responsive and scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to translate UI mockups into functional and visually appealing front-end components.
  • Leverage your strong computer science fundamentals to build efficient and maintainable code.
  • Utilize state management tools like Redux and build tools like webpack and babel to streamline development processes.
  • Possess exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, guiding them through architectural development processes and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating technical concepts and driving consensus on design and development decisions.
  • Ensure the security and performance of frontend applications by implementing best practices and utilizing tools like Quantum Metrics, Splunk, or Grafana.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.
  • Experience deploying frontend solutions on cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in designing and developing highly responsive user interfaces with a focus on seamless product experiences.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies - ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modular CSS, Redux, webpack, babel, UI debugging skills, UI design patterns, integrating with APIs, Figma or similar design tool for UI-mocks.
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Quantum Metrics, Splunk, Grafana, etc.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and guide them through architectural development processes.
  • Strong understanding of frontend security and performance best practices.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD automation tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
