About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend Engineer to lead our development efforts and build rich, intuitive user interfaces. As a senior member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable features on our Digital Business Card product. Your expertise in React and/or Angular will drive the success of our product, and your ability to mentor and coach junior developers will help shape the next generation of frontend engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the frontend development team to deliver high-quality features on our Digital Business Card product
  2. Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement frontend architecture
  3. Mentor and coach junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
  4. Contribute to the technology roadmap and participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React and/or Angular
  • Strong skills in frontend architecture, design patterns, and modern best practices
  • Deep understanding of performance optimization techniques for web and mobile
  • Experience with Typescript, RxJs, and building Progressive Web Apps with caching and offline support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with REST APIs and integrating backend services
