Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving product sales, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer success for our learning platform. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs to align our solutions effectively. Sales and Revenue Growth Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Master-O's learning solutions. Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Develop and execute account plans to achieve customer growth. Product Expertise and Demonstration Understand the features and benefits of Master-O's learning platform. Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Collaboration and Strategy Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and support) to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements. Provide feedback to the product team to improve the platform based on customer insights. Reporting and Analysis Track and report account performance, sales activities, and key metrics. Use CRM tools to maintain detailed records of interactions and progress. Requirements Experience : 3-5 years in account management, sales, or a related role in the SaaS, ed-tech, or learning platform industry. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Skills :Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
