Operations Manager – Digital Marketing
Exotto is hiring an Operations Manager to lead our delivery function and manage a 20+ member digital marketing team. This role will oversee client success, project execution, and internal marketing initiatives while acting as a key partner to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring KPIs and retention goals are met.
  • Manage client onboarding, set expectations, and resolve escalations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 20+ marketers (DMMs, TLs, Sr. DMEs, DMEs).
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, and leadership to align delivery with business goals.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Drive team training, upskilling, and adoption of AI tools and automation.
  • Track KPIs and present weekly performance reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations and project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound & outbound marketing (email, LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads).
  • Proficiency with CRMs, marketing automation, and project management tools.
  • Proven success in client retention and KPI-driven performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in hiring, mentoring, and resource allocation.
