We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager - Digital Marketing to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be an expert in all aspects of digital marketing—including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Analytics—while also possessing strong operations and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Leadership
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email, and other channels.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets with focus on ROI, ROAS, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee SEO strategy including keyword planning, technical SEO, and content optimization.
  • Operations & Team Management
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams including designers, developers, content writers, and media buyers.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns, reporting, and deliverables.
  • Build and optimize workflows to streamline marketing operations.
  • Act as a bridge between marketing, operations, and senior management.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Monitor KPIs across campaigns and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce marketing, preferably in fashion/clothing or US marketplace.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in the US ecommerce fashion/apparel market.
  • Ability to strategize and execute large-scale campaigns with measurable results.
  • Technical knowledge (basic coding, website management) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹80,000.00 per month
