Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Hub Manager - Lastmile Services. The Hub Manager will oversee daily operations at the hub, manage logistical activities, supervise the coordination of shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The role involves liaising with clients and suppliers, optimizing route planning, monitoring performance metrics, and leading a team to achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and last-mile delivery
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in route planning and optimizing delivery processes
  • Effective communication and client liaison skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • Experience in transportation and familiarity with Indian Railways operations is a plus
