Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of executives to manage logistics and related activities including - Logistics for B2C shipments, B2B shipments, inter WH transfers, first mile logistics from vendors to WH
- Handle vendor relationships
- Track metrics related to cost, speed and reliability and identify areas for improvement
- Support internal teams to handle escalations
- Work with finance to manage billing and monthly cost provisioning
- Handle ad hoc projects in supply chain domain
What we look for
- Ecommerce or Retail operation experience
- Experience of managing a team of executives and handling logistics vendors
- Good communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Engineering or related field / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations
- Minimum Experience 5 years
