Faridabad


Experience:
3–4 years in Direct Sales with at least 1 years in Team Handling


Compensation:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve assigned business targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
  • Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational sales processes and reporting standards.
  • Deliver business growth through strategic sales planning.

  • Proven expertise in direct sales and business development.
  • Ability to handle teams and drive performance in a target-driven environment.
