The S&P (Sourcing and Procurement) Platform Support Analyst will be part of the JLLT Foundational pillar and the Global S&P Technology Platform Team delivering the technology that underpins the S&P function.

The S&P Platform Support Analyst’s focus will be technical support on all software within the S&P Platform including Aravo, Arkestro, Caltana, Integrity Next, Jaggaer, and other ancillary systems including Supplier Risk platforms such as D&B and Risk Methods (Sphera). They will be responsible for working closely with the rest of the S&P technology platform & support teams to deliver high quality technical support to the S&P business, software configuration, analytics, & documentation for the relevant business processes.ResponsibilitiesThis role is a mixture of customer service, administrative, and system-driven tasksActively contribute to business success by maintaining expected performance standardsResponsible for effectively using the S&P platforms and ensuring timely & efficient completion of requests in accordance with the customers’ requirementsBecome an expert in S&P technology platform software functionalityManage support tickets from S&P business usersLiaise with different internal & external groups through e-mail & phone callsMaintain a collaborative relationship within the teamProvide recommendations for continuous improvementQuickly understand both business issues & technical challenges to identify & address potential gapsDocument support processes, workflows, & reporting outputsCritically evaluates information from multiple sources for a deeper understanding of the underlying business needsDevelops testing plans, executes quality assurance, & performs functional testingEnsures issues are identified, documented, tracked, reported on, & resolved in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedSounds like you? To apply you need to be:Experience & EducationBachelor’s degree, preferably in information systems / another relevant field, or equivalent work experience3+ years’ experience in Analyst role2+ years of experience of functional testing and documentation experienceTechnical Skills & CompetenciesProficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Visio, Excel…)Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus but not essentialDemonstrable & relevant experience in similar roles is requiredPrevious exposure to customer support, sourcing & procurement, and/or software implementation is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven track record of driving decisions collaboratively and follow throughHave excellent problem-solving skills utilizing both internal and external resources to get the job done.
