JOB OPENING FOR LEADING JAPANESE MNC COMPANY

Job Title

  • Junior Engineer / Engineer Production Engineering (Mechanical maintenance)

Qualification:

  • DME or DME + BE
  • Diploma must be regular. BE can be Regular or Parttime.

Relevant Experience in Maintenance:

  • 10~14 Years

Areas of Experience in Maintenance:

  • To increase machine availability & equipment reliability.
  • Preventive / Breakdown/Shutdown Maintenance.
  • TPM Implementation Experience
  • Sound knowledge on Trouble shooting of Manufacturing & Utility equipment.
  • Root Cause Analysis of Breakdowns
  • Reduce MTTR, Increase MTBF
  • Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic drawing study.
  • Capex & Critical equipments Spares Planning, Spare Purchasing.
  • Lead the team maintenance technicians in all shifts to achieve PQCDS (Productivity Improvement, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety)
  • Monitor Power, Water, Air consumption data and reduce energy consumption through Improvement projects.
  • Maintenance Vendor Sourcing, development, Contracting and AMCs
  • Basic knowledge on Electrical Systems: Substation, Transformer & Distribution.
  • 5S, Maintenance Information Reports (MIS).
  • Auto CADD Designing & Drawing works
  • Previous experience of working with Foreigners & MNCs (Must be from a Manufacturing Industry Environment Automobile or Process Industry)
  • Knowledge on ISO 9001 / 14001 Audit / documents preparations.
  • MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word & PPT. Tables & Graphs Creation.
  • Communication Skill in English (Read, speak slowly with simple words, Write) & Tamil (Read, Speak, Write)

Machineries handled:

  • Twisting, Winding, Blending machines
  • Electrical Heaters, Dyes, Nipples, Process exhaust Systems & extruders.
  • PLC Automation based pneumatics & Hydraulics equipment
  • Gauges, material handling equipment, Pressure vessels, Safety valves (Including servicing & Calibration)
  • Utility Equipment's: AC, Diesel Generators, Air Compressors, Water chillers, water pump house, Fire alarm sensors, Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler systems.
