Job Description* A brief description of the department and its structure- P&O Operations, of Payroll, H2R, T&A, Employment taxes and Learning & Talent at global scale* General role descriptiono Co-design operational transformation with vendor,o Support team in alignment on approach of transition, requirements and documentationo Co-create operating handbook for project and for individual countries as part of transitiono Document aligned processes and WI in central documentation repositoryo Understand KT scope, status and potential risks for each countryo Provide guidance to Country SME in case of any questionsRequirements * Daily Tasks - participate on the meetings, collect minutes, decisions and next steps, prepare appropriate project documentation, co-designprocesses and governance* Requirements: language, education, technical skills, software skills, soft skills, ideal previous experience- English, knowledge of H2Rprocesses, strong technical savvy – WD, SAP, SNOW, MS Office, MS Teams, Stakeholder management, good communication and changemanagement skills, process design experienceo Co-design operational transformation with vendor,o Support team in alignment on approach of transition, requirements and documentationo Co-create operating handbook for project and for individual countries as part of transition including but not limited to Process design worko Document aligned processes and WI in central documentation repositoryo Understand KT scope, status and potential risks for each countryo Provide guidance to Country SME in case of any questionsRequirementsEssential: Experience using the R programming language (Bioconductor / Tidyverse / RShiny).

Essential: Experience applying bioinformatics workflows and software to analyze and quality control RNA-seq datasets and other ‘omics data types

Essential: Some knowledge of biological sciences, genetics & genomics.

Essential: Clear communication to explain how and why an analytical method was used.

Desirable: Experience with CUT&Tag datasets or deep molecular scanning (DMS) technologies

Desirable: Experience processing clinical oncology datasets, including cfDNA datasets.
